At that part she was talking about buying close for her middle sister, who is actually still younger that Annya. Annya is the oldest of three children.

At the end of the post she writes "Mamashige above." Referring to the attached pic.

 

This is my bad, I've written a literal translation for that part. She is referring to the middle of the three sisters; herself, Erika and Maria. Shige-chan is the elder sister. Hope that clears it up.
