Gawd, Ikuchan always surrounded by ikemen in all of her musicals
(well, except in her Inochi no Shinjitsu MV may be, or Sakamoto Kenji is ikemen for his age )

 

Ikuchan just update her blog yesterday. She talk about her photoshoot with Maiyan for Weekly Shonen Sunday. A lot hype surrounding this pair lately.

Iku even centered Tachinaori chuu in one of their recent concert, I mean it's Maiyan's song, right?!
Someone from the staffs please put them together already ~

If they ever get a Wcenter, I'd like it to be a calm but somehow fun song, like Million Clouds for example, or a mix between Arakajime and Tachinaori chuu, lol

 

How would you rate Gerry's (My nickname for Erika) singing from 1 to 10?

I'd give her a solid 9/10. She probably has the best technique among the members, and can stay on pitch, thanks to her extensive musical background. Just watch the 3rd Birthday Live Concert. Seven(!!!) hours of live singing (for the most part) in freezing temperature and her voice stays steady as a rock until the last encore song. Meanwhile, the other members were starting to struggle 3 quarters into the concert, which was understandable considering the circumstances. After watching that, my respect for the group shot through the roof. And after hearing Ikuchan's voice, my love for her reached the high heavens.

Anyway, I won't give her full marks since I believe there's always room for improvement.

Her only weakness is she don't have much soul to her roll, it's the one area that I think Rotti, Nogi's 2nd best singer, has the edge on her.

 

Wow, I had the same thought the other day! Of course her pitch is correct and so on, but I think her singing lacks some emotion. I still think she's awesome though

I still stan to Rotti for Nogi's best singer, but for overall idol package, Ikuchan exceed my taste.

 

Ikuchan's singing is kind of similar like those in opera and musicals. her voice in nogi's song is so noticeable. 8/10 for me. also, she looks absolutely gorgeous in that romeo juliet video.

 

Oh damn! Ikuchan and Marty on Banana Zero Music! My oshimen + my favorite guitarist! What more could I ask for!? Thanks for the link!

Apparently, Romeo and Juliette had a press conference today. They performed in front of the audience. Ikuchan, as always, looked gorgeous in a simple black and white ensemble.

I gotta say though, she's getting me quite confused. Because when I look at her by herself, she looks really more mature and lady-like. A real ojou-sama. But then I look at her with the rest of the cast, and I go, "ah, she still sooo young..."
