It hasn't, it will start at 24:30 JST means 4 more hours and 14 minutes from now. I only have the same link I sent recently, hoping you can watch.

 

Looks like they're delaying the broadcast by 30 minutes. It's usually on at 24:00 JST, isn't it?

Ugh gonna be another late night. I usually DVR and watch the next day. Doesn't help when Keyaki's senbatsu is announced after. Getting excited...

 

Since so many are gonna catch the live stream, hopefully they keep us up to date with Inoue's challenge!

Also, the senbatsu would be nice.
