Would that not be better? Sae fans gave it their all while she was in the group, and bowed out when she left. KimiSuki is simply a catchy song that fans like (plus, there were more girls in it than just Akicha).
Kiseki was basically all about Sae, no point in voting for it when she's not coming back. Same as Itoshisa and Takamina and many others.
