From Gravure side the most appearance that comes from HKT48 maybe Mio in first 3 month of this year,also become senbatsu member for next single, hope can be huge motivation for her future

 

One thing I can say is she put a lot of effort into her looks this year. She looks like a Kami7 member to me.

Ironic. Tokyo Idol Fest was IDOLING!!! big event. They were the headliners for that event with all other acts smaller - it was their one claim over rival AKB48. The two groups started around the same time(2005~2006) but while AKB sped forwards like a race car, IDOLING!!! never traveled far from the start line - they never had a #1 rank single in their 9 year span. Then 48G groups like HKT began participate in Tokyo Fest which totally blowing IDOLING!!! away. Shortly after, Fuji TV announced they will be shutting down the IDOLING!!!.

Now Sasshi as Chairman closes the circle on them. Too bad, some of them Idoling!!! girls were cute. They should have auditioned for AKBG when their group got cancelled.

 

LOL I remembered some thread was saying one of the reason was due to that Buzz Rhythm MC making them look stupid , etc ... but that's another story.

Tokyo Idol Festival is really special .... you get to see the smaller groups' performances all in an area and it's good experience.

When HKT & SKE turned up, the crowd was huge too. Not to mention the passion & the mixes ... man .... you can really feel the heat.

The thing that I find ironic are usually the cases where one group invites the other and as time goes by, you see the other group expand and dominates while the host MC group fades.



BTW.... Did Mio went on a strict diet ? She looks slimmer than usual in the recent photos..

 

She didnt mention diet or Anything about that, but from the recent picture,as you said i think her whole body got slimmer from time to Times esp, after got lot of gravure job lately

 

May Baka rhythm never as much as touch a single 48G member. I'll upload a video in the next few days.


She is very slim these days. She's worked hard since the last SSK. I think the Kabaska show accelerated her weight loss.
