Reechan and Miorin were both senbatsu on Masaka Signapore but if you're talking about singles you're right

I meant that, had Fuuchan left at another moment, she might have got something.
But right now the baton is being passed down to Mirurun (hence my gold microphone comment) and it would just be against the group interests to put a hold on that just to wave goodbye to Yagura.

But again, farewell centers are basically for pillars of the group (first gens and senbatsu rankers, basically) and Fuuchan was none of those.
I doubt she’ll get a graduation song, but I’d love if she had a duo with Jo ir something.

I just want nice covers now!

 

Fuuchan will definitely get a graduation song tbh. Shu shouldve got one as well but sadly she left when there was a 7month gap between the release

Ah I see what you mean but I feel like she was a pillar of the group tho... Ever since Kamongeix she was always posited as a leader of the new gen. And they could have done a grad song like Boku wa Inai where Milky was center but Sayanee was a distinct second with an important role too. Well fact is, they kind of just left her alone to do her own thing ever since Rashikunai and this single shows how they barely care for her. In fact, it kind of feels like a Riripon sendoff song lol

Anyway I'll be happy with a Fuuchan x Aini x Saeppi b-side. Better still if the original M members can join. Idk about a duo with Jo. I don't think they're particularly friends hahaha.

 

Even junior high kids will list works from classic authors like Soseki and Dazai among their favorite books so I'm sure this isn't lost on the general Japanese public.

 

The song's fun, the lyrics are good, the girls look like homeless pimps, now we need great covers and I'm all set. Hopefully the b-sides are good too

 

Rumors are that there are team songs so goodbye to dreams of seeing Akagumi/Shirogumi coming back.

I think they will go with solo-centers for the team songs Sayaka/Miru/Yuuri since no one is getting shafted anymore and there's no point having WCenters anymore. I'm also predicting another young-senbatsu with Aayan center (maybe a Teppotai revival) and/or a Fuuchan grad song.

 

If they were nice and smart they would do team songs and other random lineups (like NGT's).

If they are just going to release 2 singles a year from now on, they better stack them with music and videos.

The reception is super interesting, since the lyrics are cheesy and awful, like an old man trying to understand the internet, but it's catchy and the dance is silly, so there's some internet talk about it being liked ironically.
At the same time, turning around internet flames has been part of NMB. Everybody thinks Warukii is a funny song about Milky getting people to do her work but she's really devilish. What they don't remember is that Warukii was 2ch's pet name for Milky because of all the scandals she was in.

 

I'm not sure I like that Akimoto thinks Osaka=Comedy and gives NMB the weirdass songs like Kitagawa Kenji and Kamonegix but NMB has done a good job turning it around and making the weird stuff their own so now I hope this thing catches on like Memeshikute from Golden Bomber and we get a legit hit out of it.
