I do watch all recent 8 events, theatres, etc. Only exception is andare cos there's just too many things to watch. Solo con I skipped because I couldn't really take the singing. As for HS... I'm not working yet, and neither will I earn enough to travel for handshakes every few months when I start work.

I guess she's just not my type then. I personally prefer funnier members. She's funny at times, but not the kind of funny I like.

But what are the most significant implications of this massive shuffle?

They did good in distributing the skills/talents so as popularity pretty fairly between the teams I think.

I can't see bigger picture so I'd say I like 8 with themselves. It is precisely because they are treated different from AKB and thus had to strive really hard, like how their seniors did in the early days of AKB, just to ensure their team would continue to exist that makes 8 the best team in AKB48. Their narrative is truly special...
