The music sounded new to AKB but, maybe, not for 48 Group nor idol circle. it sounded like something SKE or Morning Musume might release. The music sounded very dated.

Did anyone find the styling on Miu looked alike "Baby Hit Me One More Time" reference?

I was not very impressed with the dance. Members did their parts great but, the choreography itself could be much better.

Is it?

Reading this made me realize this was not a healthy dance piece. It was a very demanding dance piece. Rigorous practice was required to nail this very energetic choreo and doing it for countless times could lead to permanent damage on their cartilages. If the dancer has rigid dance basic, her muscle control skill can save her cartilage but, we know most AKB's members does not.

It's a rumor, only a rumor.

 

Rumour has it they've started filming the MV today. Multiple senbatsu members have sent mobame or other SNS messages indicating they travelled to a far away location this morning for 3 nights and 4 days of filming. At least some of it will be outdoors under the hot summer sun.

Spoiler: Clues

Mobame:
Megu, Naachan said it was a 撮影.
Megu said it was going to be a long one, and that the long bus ride made her delirious.
Naachan said her mails would have a lack of content for the next few days, and also sent a photo of herself and Yuiri on a bus.
Mion said she had a job that would last 3 nights and 4 days.
Miu needed her mother's help to wake up early and finished her sleep on the road.
They were in makeup a few hours ago, and worried about sunburn.

Other:
Tomu had to cancel her regular Friday appearance on the Abema Morning Show.
There are no senbatsu members on the Majimuri Relay streams until Sunday night (the last day of filming)
No theater shows on the 23rd and 24th even though the theater has been active without a break for weeks. (Other members may be practicing for the two concerts coming up in August.)

 

If it's taking them more than a couple of hours to film, I hope it's a good MV.

Why people dont like teacher teacher MV..

 

Maybe because after seeing the 1st peformance that displayed a real effort in the choreo, people were hoping a similar jump of quality in the MV.
But the final result was far from expectations, with some easy and bad executions.
The spining scene with the girls standing on the top of a mountain (in front of a blue / green screen you can easily guess in reality) mentioned above illustrates alone this.

 

Mountain scene had unbelievably horrible CGI, and they kept going back to it. The carousel scene someone else mentioned wasn't as bad, and I liked other aspects of the MV, particularly the bits that were reminiscent of Yasashii Place's MV.

 

Wow they need 4 days for the whole filming? Please let it be a good PV (this time!), it's been so long
Well don't know if Bikini theme is the perfect match to this kind of song

 

Hopefully they saved on budget for the Defeated by Nogizaka so they could invest it in the video...

Rather than swimsuits I'd want the outfits to be nicely done branches and leaves printed dresses. Especially considering the release date.
