I don't know if it's only me but visual wise, she's the only girl that amazed me and made me think "wow!" while watching the video. Of course other girls are pretty too, but most of them just made me think "ok this girl is pretty too", but with Inoue Nagi it was on another level. She has THAT aura.
Wow, I think I fall for her after watching her Kyuudou practice video. I always love the member with strong Japanese culture base. And, she also said that she enter the Kyuudou/Japanese archery club because the Japanese traditional bow or Wakyuu (和弓) has her name Kanji (Nagi = 和). Now, I can't wait for her variety charm. I hope Shitara-san tease her a lot.

She is ready! And she has the huge boost of fan-based worship. So far Nagi's push is legit. However, I wouldn't like to see her widening the gap with her fellow 5th gen. This gen has everything it needs to become a solid group. Nogizaka doesn't need a legend, a diva (like Tecchi). I know I may be "extending too far" but I'm just speaking my mind loud. Objectively she seems to be the most pretty/attractive face in her gen (like Kakki among the 4th gen) but this is not everything! So far this 1st episode established her as a well-rounded member (looks, voice - with just a bit of required training, loose and relaxed, a "friend" of the camera, and respected among her peers), but there are many members that we should eagerly wait to see how they will evolve and what strengths they will bring forth. So far 5th gen is the most interesting addition. Even the two "black sheep" seem to be interesting (at least to me). And so far management is handling this material properly and with care...!
No worries there. So far all 5th gen members have pretty good exposure and Nagi's push is not close to any mega push. Nagi is chosen as 5th gen center but that's about it. She doesn't hoard screentime in their MV, neither in Koujichuu. She sang solo for the 1st episode of Star Tanjou but next week Ioki will also get a solo. She only got w-center for their 1st omitatekai. Her documentary is pretty plain compared to some others. And she isn't even the most popular member, Satsuki sold faster than her in meguri. Techi comparison fits more Aruno's case if her scandal never happened.
