I don't think that's one of the best pictures we got in a while because I think Haruppi knows just what her good side/angle is so she keeps using that one and makes all of the pictures pretty on the same level.
At least that's the impression I got from scrolling through some pics of her.
But the little pout is especially cute, I just hope there's no real reason for her to pout like that.

@Jul3 - oh I spazzed over that FLASH photoshoot like nothing before. Also the one with Haruppi wearing a hat is actually pretty old XD But I agree these are one of her best shots

@Jul3, that gravure spread got Haruppi so much attention especially on G+, I've read rinatin's G+ breakdown at ebi48 a couple of times and one of his latest posts state that the sudden rise in attention for Haruppi was because of the consecutive gravure she got for a while, it was a pretty got topic...

And the angle for taking pictures definitely helps, but in the end and this IMO, you have to be pretty in the first place like some girls just don't look nice at all especially in AKB and no matter what the angle is they look pretty in very few pics [speechless]

@Jul3 - That UTB issue still hasn't had an online leak. All I'm sure of is that the first pic is from a solo Haruppi shoot from UTB vol 210 (I think I mentioned that photoshoot in this thread before) I'm not sure about the other one though, could be from the same magazine though...

So I asked two people that I know own that magazine and they said both the shots (http://jul-3.tumblr.com/post/45600859588 and http://jul-3.tumblr.com/post/45600882198) are in that issue.

Annoyingly, it doesn't mention haruppi's name on their website description, but zooming in on the cover I can see her name at the bottom... it's still available... this mag came out about 2 weeks before I became a Haruppi fan

Looking forward to seeing the shots in the new UTB and the other mags she's in then

It'll be difficult to find that kind of content details at CDJapan, especially when it's magazines. Wanibooks themselves give comprehensive information about their publications on their web site.

Seeing all these magazine shoots of haruppi recently especially gravure im wondering even though haruppi position has dropped why dors she have so many shoots? Literally more than i think all hkt members even sakura!! Like who decides her magazine appearances is it the management or do magazines specifically ask for girls? Cause i really feel like shes been targeted alot recently.

Last night's Hyakkaten, no oshimens this time, the girls were competing to celebrate Suki x3, anyways one of the segments was the foot massage one, with Sasshi, Haruppi and Sakura's names being called out, starts 1:49

The Osaka leg of the nationwide
handshake events has just ended (^o^)/

It was our first time doing our
own event in Kansai, but the
the fans were all warm and really
welcoming as they came out
to meet us, so I’m just really happy.

We’re termed as idols you can come
and meet, but then Hakata’s quite
far from here. So I think it’s important
that we maintain that concept in
the many places that we visit. That’s
what I think at least.

And so today I got to meet a lot
of people as well ( Ü )

I’m feeling blissful.

I’m really happy to hear
that people like my voice
and the way I talk.

But then more often than
not, there are those times
where I fumble with the
words I say.

Particularly with song
titles. Akimoto-sensei and
the composers all put their
thoughts and effort into making
them, so I think it’s only basic
courtesy that we be able
to convey them right

At the handshake event,

And so I traded off a few

them, but then there are

^I dunno if it's just me or what, but Haruppi doesn't need to worry about her weight AT ALL. i noticed during Ariyoshi, when they were wearing those baggy T-shirts, and her arm was like half all used half of the sleeve, I mean the shirt was big but God was her arm so thin that it kinda freaked me out, especially compared to annya who seemed to have a healthy amount of fat in her arms. Shows well in this pic too, compare Annya with the rest.

^I think as long as her ribs aren't showing it should be fine. That's what freaked me out about Rena Matsui a couple days ago.
And I'm always for the girls enjoying food/life. Don't hold back!

And about Murashige, I think you shouldn't underestimate the halfie factor. It does something to the girls. Sayaka Akimoto is overly athletic while Manami Oku (half italien) got real chubby, real fast. Being half does something to the girls bodies and their metabolism and as an idol I would keep an eye on that.
It's the harsh truth that weight gain can cost you fans. Myao would be another example of the weight having an impact on your popularity.

Just went to research oku manami and she really is chubby thats the first time i saw a 48 member with that kinda weight but she seemed to be fine in younger images. I guess haruppis lucky not being a halfie she doesnt have to be so much careful with food.
Now that u mention myao situation i really hope anna doesnt lose her fans to overweight problems in tge future

Myao lost fans due to weight and her constant Kpop fangirling. There is still some tension amongst those countries and not everyone will be receptive of that.

Halfies tend to gravitate their bodies towards more of their white side and most are much larger than their Asian counterparts for the most part. Aanya looks great still so no worries about her.

Haruppi is prob under constant pressure to be "perfect" and just like most girls, prob a but conscience of her body.
