Thanks for the translation, Hana! I'm pretty sure it's Nacchi talking, but I may be wrong. Does this mean that this was played on the radio or was it performed?

 

In the middle of the music I think Noro asked Kasai what she is think about the music.
because she is in the show too

and in the nacchi monologue
I think she says　in third line -短曲はだめです
actually 短曲 does´t exist but you can read tankyoku and the first kanji is short and the second is music and fits the meaning she saying - short music isn´t good
but this is just what I think

 

That's possible. I didn't hear the whole show, just that individual song.

I went with "他曲", since that's what this blog said. I also don't hear an "n" sound strongly enough to make me think that it's actually, "tankyoku", although I can see how you could make the case that it does sound like that.

It sounds like an in-studio performance to me.
