I wouldn't call Woman Rush Hour "new hosts" anymore as they already have more than 125 episodes under their belt.
And imho they're doing more than just fine. For Bad Boys the members said it themselves in one episode, that they became too nice over time, but Muramoto is still as mean as he was during his first appearance (and to be honest for me his bias for Oguri Yui never gets old ). I also like that WRH defied my expectations and somehow Muramoto is actually the boke and Paradise the tsukkomi character most of the time. In all the other variety shows I know usually the tsukkomi character is the main host and the boke just plays support.

 

Actually, I have been started watching AKBingo again after they introduced WRH though. Muramoto is just so good at pushing AKB's members out of their shells.

 

Yeah I think girls like Tsucchan, Kiichan, Macharin, Hama-chan, etc., wouldn't have been as memorable without WRH.
They were even able to make me remember Shimoguchi Hinana.
Whatever it is they are doing, it works for me. I respect these guys.

 

Yeah i like the part when he always bias when it comes to yuiyui.. but i hope they make a lot of variety games.. like michaburi dodge ball and with the lie detector test .

On towards the second part of the Kyun Championships. This time they have to fight over the judges in a love triangle and try to make him kyun.

 

I think it's great that they managed to get that actor in it. I'm forgetting his name, but he definitely added a lot to the program. I even found myself laughing at some of his facial expressions more than some of the other things (But Yokochan's shyness was really funny too).

I remember this actor was from Crow Zero though, watched that movie long time ago. Really cool guy.

 

I considered using this scene as the preview image for the episode, but in the end decided to go for Fu as she looked so pitiful after her failed attempt.
Hinatan indeed is mega funny, never saw a member as airheaded as her.

 

this year NMB didn't bomb as usual but I hope STU can score a point or two next episode

is that bird comment an Oda Nobunaga reference? usually it's Jurina's thing

 

They're the only ones at 0 points, so they need some good moments in the next episode. Good thing is that no group got more than 2 points so far.

Yes, Muramoto changed Oda Nobunaga's words to match the judge's situation.

 

He's also the main character in the Hero Yoshihiko series which is really funny if you haven't seen it.

Ryoha and Miku's kyuns were really nice, loved Yokoyama Yui's part. Honma's was cute too even though she didn't really say much, she has a way with expressions. Great Episode
