^ According to Team 8's KFC site, the official release date for the dialect version PVs is at the end of July or soon thereafter. We shouldn't have to wait for more than two weeks from now, I think. Apparently Hiji is combined with other girls from the Hokkaido and Tohoku area - can't wait for the result! On the KFC site, Hiji's lines in the PV are marked yellow.

 

Yeah, she is the most charming among all Team 8's member.
His eyes and eyebrows was beautiful eventhough she's still 13 now. I thought i i've find my new oshi there.
Just somehow after i see gif and pict from this thread. I get conclucion that her face looks like Yagami Kumi with Okada Nana's eyes and head shape likes Yamamoto Sayaka. Am i wrong??????? Oh My God i very like her badly...

I hope she will be more popular. I believe it.

Thanks for the screencaps and the video! I've been trying to find yesterday's and today's AKB theater stages so that I could watch them again, but haven't found anything yet.

Hijirin was gorgeous in those performances! She seems to be more of a reserved type when performing, but today's MC before Sakura no hanabiratachi proved that she can be quite the sassy one. When it was her turn to boast about her home prefecture, Hijirin mentioned that people there are very intelligent and they're brought up well. When the girls then asked if Hijirin was a "good girl", she smiled and said yes. When they continued the question and asked her to specify who of the girls on the stage was most like a "good girl", Hijirin said "Hijirin ga ichiban ii ko" ("Hijirin's the most well-behaved girl") and smiled broadly to others' objections. Oh you, Hijirin.

 

Hiji keeps stealing my attention in Team 8 stages.
Somehow her smile is really captivating

wow, thank you for make twitter of her, i'm happy for it I had trouble to find her latest photos or news of ji-chan for fanbase in my country

 

I too became sad when watching the latest Nemousu episode yesterday: that look on Hiji's face when she was criticized and afterwards when she was about begin rehearsing with the other two. I'm hoping she'll grow stronger after this whole four days' experience. As Yuko said in one documentary (I remember it was No Flower Without Rain?), the fact that Paruru had cried when rehearsing etc. showed that she was concerned about those things and didn't want to leave them as they were. I think Hiji's the same kind of girl, she probably wouldn't be let down because of a single failure.

@Kuura she definitely has a hint of Acchan and Paruru in her face. It's very very cute! Does anyone know of her having any social media accounts? (Twitter, google+ etc)

Edit: she also looks like Ricchan. It's the smile and facial features :3

 

I don't know if she's had any accounts before joining Team 8, but at the moment the only blog the team members are allowed to have can be found on their mobile site: http://m.akb48.co.jp/r/team8 The entries' themes are also predetermined.
The other day I looked up if I could send fan mail to Hijirin, but apparently the Team 8 members aren't allowed to accept any mail or gifts from fans at all. :/ I would've wanted send some encouraging words to her, but I guess I'll have to wait until she's (hopefully) in an other team.

 

Ah, I see. It's a shame really because the new team 8 girls are really good, and the fact we can't send them some encouragement is annoying :-(
