“I cannot write what I want to write”

    57dlb_K0.jpg

One of Paruru’s periodic Twitter rants (on Thursday) has made the news sites:-.

    https://www.nikkansports.com/entertainment/news/1866547.html

Apparently, she wanted to put something in the Fan club Diary but was stopped by the manager.
Of course, most of her Twitter account has been deleted. (Again)

Yep, she was definitely active today.
First time saw so many her tweets.
But sad is, that I have no idea what wrote she.

That crazy girl. I'd love to sit down to dinner with her and pick her brain for an hour.

I wonder what she wrote about that was NG.
It would be really nice to know what Paruru is really thinking about without any censorship from her manager and staff and such.

    Edit 1
    @Mako is my Waifu
    Where there's a will, there's a way

    1st tweet (11:45)
    私にはね、中火というものがなぃんです。ふっ

    Google translate
To me, there is no medium heat. Bukkake

    Bing Translate
To me, there is a thing called medium heat. Fluoride

Hmmm... contradicting much? at least the medium heat is consistent.

    Edit 2
I'm pretty sure Bing is right coz the only time I've ever heard the word bukkake is in porn...

Google could be the better translation if you think of it as -

'To me, it's not an equal fight. One woman dominated by men'

Apart from the porn meaning, Bukkake has also been interpreted as representing male domination.

    Just a thought.

ooohhh... so, that's what medium heat means. I also never new that about bukkake. I'd say I've learned something new but I'm 100 percent certain that I'd have forgotten about this bit of info by tomorrow because my memory sucks balls.

7 episodes only? Did it bomb or something? Most if not all J-Dramas I've watched are 10-12 episodes short but 7? What up with that? Or was it purposely planned to be just 7 episodes?

I really have no idea why google translate likes to translate ふっ as 'bukkake'. It's more an onomatopoeia for the sound you make when you're letting a breath out through your mouth, most probably because you're not too happy with something.
If ふ is repeated like so ふふふ, highly likely that person is laughing that smug laugh you hear in anime's rich ojousans. But just ふっ with that little 'っ' can be taken along the lines of an exasperated sigh, or abrupt outtake of breath when you think you're so done with everything.
Literally, 中火 does mean medium heat/fire, but if you've heard of burning passion, fiery spirit or the like then what she really means is probably, "In my case, I don't do lukewarm. *sigh*"
I have a feeling whatever she was on about, management told her to take it down a notch or something.

So translations according to timestamp on the screenshot:
11:04 - Since all the fans seem to be looking forward to it, don't sleep (just yet), I've written something that won't get the NG (from management)
11:08 - "If you look at this series of tweets, it looks just like a kid who's sulking. (Seriously,) how old is my mental age?" is what this 23-yo (is thinking)...
11:18 - What does 'adult' mean? If you pass seijin (age 20), do you become an adult? I think the me who's writing these sort of things is a kid.
(the last part is ambiguous, it could also mean 'even as i'm writing these kind of things, i think of myself as a kid')
    11:19 - (I've) gone rogue~ 2x See you tomorrow
(there's no subject in this one, but it's likely she's talking about herself, but from a management faux-perspective)
11:29 - That's right. Shiitake-san reads my tweets. Is there an Aries like me? lol
(This is probably in response to this astrology guy's tweet here: For Aries people, they sometimes have the sudden need for a 'Well, let's get loose and just talk about anything'-time like you get during sleepover parties. This is because they are usually relatively tense, and while they don't particularly dislike that feeling of nervousness, sometimes they'd like to be able to talk about things freely. So please do have that 'sleepover party'. #Aries)
11:39 - Please have a look. I didn't go wild (here), so be rest assured.
11:41 - My thoughts exactly. But seems like there are different circumstances... well, it can't be helped.. (with) this nor that.
11:45 - In my case, I don't do lukewarm. *sigh*
Last one with no time stamp - Guess I'll delete (things) in a bit. There's a warning about (being) the origin of fire(/trouble).
(this one is hard to understand, too. It could mean she got warnings about being the cause of trouble, or she got a warning from the source/person who gave her fire/trouble)

Anyways, hope she gets to settle this with whoever. Wonder what they were trying to censor though that she'd actually react like this. Management must not know her meltdown when they edited her letter at that stage seitansai (whose was it again?)

^ woawh! Thanks for all that.
As for this "ふ".. I've tried learning hiragana so many times but ended up quitting but I'd be damn if i don't remember at least a character or two, and i"m quite sure the romanji for this is fu..so, ふふふふ is fufufufu.. like what you get from anime and mangas.

On a side note, I saw a short skit of paruru on a train and was making fun of priority seats or something. Does anyone know where its from?

Edit: I decided to look into AKB48's songs since that's where paruru started out. I started with the ones with Paruru as center which are Eien Pressure, Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai and High Tension. From the three, Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai is the only that I think I can really listen to without questioning my life choices, the other two... not so much. If these three songs are any indication, then I feel that i"m not gonna like most of their songs.

Yes, the kana reads as 'fu', and when repeated, it does become that anime/manga laugh.
A skit on a train... I have a fuzzy memory about skits on trains by AKB and that's from Bimyo~ Don't know any sources to watch it tho
I personally like early-AKB songs and theater songs. But then again, idol songs are not everyone's cup of tea, so you might wanna check that you're okay with high pitched not-necessarily-vocally-trained crooning.

Wow Bimyo forgot about that show. Searched my hard drive and only came up with the episode with her and Yui where she wears that camera head.
She also had some funny Konto Nanimo Soko Made skits.

    @KuroBara
Thanks. I'll look into this Bimyo thing. As for their songs, I don't have much issues with untrained not so in-pitch high pitched voices. I've lived through a lot of anime opening and ending songs after all. My problem is the actual music itself. Like that song that I had the displeasure of hearing, the one that has lyrics that goes "hay yay yay yay yay" or something like that with Mayuyu at center in this colorfully ugly tutu like horror... no amount of legs in that MV can make me watch through it (and no, even if Paruru is there, I cannot, for the life of me, watch it form more than a few seconds). It makes High tension sound like one awesome song (but I must admit, after listening to High Tension a few more times, it is a little catchy). I've been watching more AKB48 MVs and I happen upon UZA and actually enjoyed it. AKB should make more songs like that. I also liked Paruru's graduation song (Better I think).

    @Voightkampff
Those LEGS! I know Japnese are fair skinned but Paruru..damn! she makes other fair skinned members' skin color look darker. I'm not saying this because I like Paruru, and I don't have a stake in anything AKB related, but Paruru does stand out. Even with this mob of girls dancing, I don't even need to look for her. I just watch normally and BAM! THERE SHE IS! Without even trying. Its like, my eyes are automatically drawn to her because she just stands out.

In an effort, to not post un-necessarily, I'll put all my thoughts for today in this one post.
    1. A few posts back, I mentioned that I was baffled by one AKB members' ranking in all of the general elections. I've read some stuff on her both negative and positive, and even though I don't find anything special about her, I take back that comment. I'm not a fan of hers but more power to her. (not Paruru related but hey :p.. Also, "Real" reaction of excitement due to unscheduled Alpaca appearance tend to sway my opinion to the positive)

    2. I've read a lot of hate for Paruru when she was in AKB because she got a lot of push from management and that she had no talent, was salty and unfriendly and just plain sucks. Then I realized that Paruru's Salt character in MG3 and MG4 actually reflected what she really felt. In MG3, she didn't want to be the face of AKB48 and I'm guessing here as I'm no physiologist, but the burden that she was made to carry probably contributed to her "saltiness".
In MG4, her dialogue and I'm paraphrasing "I am Majisuka's Top, I will shoulder the burden". From her reactions in the general elections, it looks like she finally embraced it but getting sidelined a lot due to health reasons probably caused her to drop in rank. Too bad she graduated, one full healthy year and maybe she could have campaigned to get the top rank.

    3. So, blanket cats ended. This means her only current project is that morning drama right?

    4. I know its silly to ask this now, but how did Paruru come to be called Paruru? I know that the same person who gave Mayu the MAyuyu nickname also gave paruru her Paruru nickname. But where did she get Paruru from?

    5. That AKB48 sports special.. Paruru is slow footed [hehe] and the high jump

    6. Lastly, having watched a lot of AKBINGO!, I keep seeing Paruru being refered to as "next generation ace" and am baffled by it. I ask myself how is she considered as an "ace" when she only centered 3 singles. Then I look at the general elections:

    4th Senbatsu Election – Rank 23
    Watanabe Miyuki – NMB48
    Yamamoto Sayaka – NMB48
Other than Yokoyama Yui, the rest who ranked higher are of older generation

    5th Senbatsu Election – Rank 12
All who ranked above are of older generation

    6th Senbatsu Election – Rank 7
Other than Yamamoto Sayaka, who is NMB48, all those who ranked ahead are of older generation

    7th Senbatsu Election – Rank 9
Miyawaki Sakura Ranked ahead of her but is from HKT48, other than Sakura
Yamamoto Sayaka also ranked ahead but she’s from NMB48

    8th Senbatsu Election – Rank 8
The usual Yamamoto, Sakura and then also Akari who ever that is. The rest are of older generation.

Conclusion: In a way, from Paruru's generation until that of Miyawaki Sakura's Generation, Paruru can be considered the "Ace" and face of those generations as she was the most popular among those from 9th to before Sakura's generation. I'm also just considering AKB48 as the others who ranked higher are from sister groups.

I've read that Paruru missed a good chunk of 2015 and some 2016 due to health reasons, this probably contributed to her drop in rank more than anything. Again, I'm just guessing because I had the misfortune of coming to the party late.

I thought I would go over a few of your points. It seems as that you watched MG3 so if have heard the ending song "Douki". Its kind of the holy grail for most Paruru fans. Mainly cause she sings it solo. If I recall she only performed it once in a concert but it was a Duet with Peace. Did you watch her graduation theater stage? I was so hoping and praying as im sure every other fan was that she would perform it at this her last event and give us a treat. But just like her till the end she wont do what she doesn't want to do.

Yes she is quite well known for her fair skin.

Speaking for myself I never had any illusions of her being godly ranked or 1 for that matter. Most Paruru fans who have followed her forever knew that was never gonna happen. Heck I was just ecstatic she made Kami 7 that one year. I was just happy once she got into Senbatsu she always stayed there.

And last thing technically she centered 4 singles. Sayanara Crawl was considered a 4 person center.

Oh and maybe another thing for you to watch would be Saturday Night Child Machine. Kind of a 12 episode series directed at kids from 2013.
