    Her father is cyclist Yamada Yuji. He won quite a few cycling competitions especially around the years 1997-2002. In 2002 he earned 244,348,500yen in prize money ($2.8million USD for today's exchange rate), which I think is a record for prize money earned in Japan. Either from cycling or all sports, not really sure.

    ↑Actually SKE48 belong to Pythagoras Promotion, which is basically a subsidiary of Kyoraku Sangyo.

    So my bestfriend hates idol music. I've tried so hard to get her into the 48 fandom but with no avail. However! I showed her the newest SKE Gakuen episode & she chose Yamada Reika as her favourite. I then showed her an KII LOD & it reinforced that Rei-chan is her favourite. She then said: "Oh! Now I can have one of those 'oshimen' things!" hahaha. <3

    Helped to stage a birthday show for her here, but she wasn't allowed to handshake cuz she was under 16. Fucking BS, didn't even get to wish her a happy birthday. :(
