probably 99x5 then 10x5 or 20x5 until the first refresh comes. But it is more important how fast I guess. It takes me about 10 seconds to throw the 99x5 and unless someone uses the same feature I do (or throws paid gifts immediately) they have no chance. In rare cases I even make it to top with sth like 70x5, but that's usually combination of lucky factors (unannounced stream etc) and still speed is the key. In Missaa SR it should be quite easy, there isn't much competition.
