Yokoyama Yui (Yuihan) / 9th Generation

Takamina still had a lot of friends when Acchan left. She isn't particularly that old either, she's 26 right now like Kitarie. So she had a lot of friends in AKB around her age. Surprisingly even Kojiharu stayed in AKB longer and she's 29. Yui is in a tough spot right now. Like Takamina, she carries the title of soukantoku, but her options are much more limited if she ever wants to pass on the title. Unless if it's going to be someone outside of AKB such as SKE/HKT/NMB, no one has really established themselves as fit for the role. Everyone around her is barely 20 or is pretty much on the verge of announcing their graduation. Correct me if I'm wrong but it pretty much seems that way looking at SSK + team captains.

 

I don't think Yuihan would pass the role of soukantoku on so early. She feels very loyal to Takamina I'm sure, she's a great person after all, and she wants to carry out this responsibility honouring Takamina before she leaves. And she'll want to find someone worthy, and theres nobody obvious yet, as you just said

 

Isn't the unofficial candidate is either juri or naachan?.. Like everyone said..

Honestly, not a fan of what I see. The oversexualization and exaggeration in this bit to me is pretty weird. I just wanted to see Yui kicking ass. I really liked the way mechaike did it. It was all fun and we got to see Yui, Kawaei, and Haruu look mean and sexy in black without having to do anything unnecessary. But I haven't watched the tv show for TPW so I don't know if their characters' personalities are like this.

 

You should probably watch the show then lol

Thought it was pretty funny, it's like watching the anime keijo. Just Japanese comedy sense.

 

Since you're in Malaysia, you could go to Kinokuniya. That's where I bought Yuihan's and Kojiharu's photobook. I also saw other 48Group members photobook. And yes, it's in the Japanese section.
