[GENERAL] The AKB48 Thread

It's one time revival of Pajama Drive stage, which was the Kenkyuusei Stage 5 years ago when everyone but Megu was Kenkyuusei. It will be a one off stage (according to current information)

It is to celebrate:

• 5000th stage (btw, 3000th stage was Kenkyuusei Pajama Drive)
• Reiwa Era (May 1st is the first day of Reiwa)
• Kojima Mako Graduation Commemorative.

 

That's kinda what I wanted to know too personally.

Currently I counted at least 16 15 16 members with last HS on 5th or 6th.

Last HS on 5th: Hinanon, Yokomichi (both Team 8)
Last HS on 6th: Kojimako Juri Nozarena Miyuu Ikumin Shiorin Kocchan (Team 8) Harima (16th KKS) Mahohon Rittan Renapon (3 NGTs) Mikotti Yumana (both SKE) Fuuchan (STU, last HS before hiatus) Jo-chan (NMB, probably, has further national HS though) [Also likely thet last individual HS for Shiorin, Yamada, and Harima]

I am not sure if it is just because we have a lot of high profile members here though.

EDIT: I mistakenly though Harima's was already announced. It wasn't. sorry.
EDIT2: Shiorin has announced her last HS on Twitter.

 

The salary starts from 220,000JPY including overtime.

That's the almost the same salary as your average part-time server/cashier/etc in Japan...

 

To be honest, it's speculated even among Japanese fans, yes.

(I just hope she don't. For one thing, I feel for Komiharu. There are too many high-profile graduations in Team K recently)

 

Well, she’s been that of course since Kohima Haruna graduated

Out of purely selfish reasons I hope she doesn't either, furthermore I think AKB still can use the experience of senpai like Miichan, Yukirin, Shiichan and others, even when those senpai aren't featured as heavily anymore.

"Who do you thinks gonna leave? I reckon it'll be Mii-Chan or Tomochin next....ideas anyone??"

(and that post was wrong on both counts due to Tomochin already had graduated by then )

 

The thing is, I don't really see Japanese fans speculate that much on Miichan graduation. Except this time. Unlike international fans.

 

The only one who knows for sure is Miichan, but it' possibly because of some remarks she made regarding the 'scandal', but the translations I got were so bad I could not make out if she just mentioned graduation because people brought it up or she was seriously contemplating it.

But I still think she's selected because it's virtually the same selection as for the 3000th performance, and she was a kenkyuusei back then with the rest of them.

 

Oh. She was definitely selected because she was Kenkyuusei back then. I don't question that.

But, well, 5000th stage means something isn't it? It is a special occasion that personally I am afraid she might do something.
