From AKB's new show, it said that the senbastu announcement was made on 6th June, meanwhile Yukirin's hiatus for surgery started on 22nd June. During those 16 days, I'm pretty sure they received their positions and choreography and started learning it. So I'm sure she didn't get only 2 days to learn it all. Either way she's an idol with experience so she probably learns choreographies faster, I'm sure she'll be fine, and this doesn't mean that the choreography is not good, let's wait and see.

 

I thought I would care, but honestly the marketing strategy - while cool - just isn't doing anything for me. I also just don't use twitter so if ya'll didn't update us here I wouldn't even know lol.

My bet is still Zucchini and Hii-chan as W-center tho lol. But YuuNa, would be just fine tbh.

iirc Megu started learning a new choreography after AUDISHOW, so from 6/14. That would have given Yukirin more time to learn it, if her hiatus had really started on 6/22. It didn't though. She was already halting performance activities (including AUDISHOW) by 6/7. 6/22 is just when she stopped SNS.

 

It could just be a print. We haven't had bikini singles in a long time, so I'm not 100% counting on it... Maybe it's more like 2 truths and a lie each? It's all just speculation anyway.

Another speculation I've seen on twitter is that Ne mo is Naachan and Ha mo is Hiichan. I'm not sure if they'll actually ride on Hiichan's current popularity and make her center...? But I thought it was interesting enough to mention.

 

We haven't had a bikini costume ever, even for a bikini single there's a different costume they wear for promoting the song. And the phrasing (根っこと葉っぱでできた水着) excludes a print, XXでできた means literally made of. So I think this one is meant to be a joker, thrown in to show us that clearly not everything is going to be true.

 

Why'd you leave out the らしい ?

They could be intentionally playing with words… but normally, ‘the song's costume’ means the costume everyone wears for TV and media appearances from the release until the next one. The costume used in the MV would be referred to as ‘the PV's costume’.

+1 this is the most engaged I've been with AKB since the death of Bingo, and the most I've been positively engaged since the last ssk.

But they didn't specify why and who. Their site usually drops the names of the members even before AKB announces anything, so "many" must mean more than just the seven. Why is that interesting? Because the official Twitter of the 58th single...
