    Soundscan weekly numbers are out!!!!!

    Inochi wa Utsukushi

    __ 145,782 150,482

    LOOK AT THAT NUMBER!!!

For comparison's sake, our previous Soundscan numbers,
    150,482 Inochi wa Utsukushi
    112,274 Tomuei na Iro
    117,249 Nandome no Aozora ka?
110,473 Natsu no Free & Easy
    117,543 Kizuitara Kataomoi
    _83,173 Barrette
    _93,738 Girl's Rule
_68,929 Kimi no Na wa Kibou
    _60,663 Seifkuku no Mannequin
    _58,562 Hashire! Bicycle
    _70,665 Oide Shampoo
    _80,175 Guruguru Curtain

LOOK AT THAT GROWTH OF 32,939 OVER OUR PREVIOUS BEST RECORD SET BY KIZUKATA!!!!!! /O/

Just for more comparison, I believe Green Flash sold 181,836 for their 1st week Soundscan? I'm not too sure tho lol. But if that's the right number, nogi's certainly edging closer to it if we keep this growth going forward! ^O^

I think this single is pretty solid. I enjoy all the songs to include DVD content. For me, Tachinaori is my favorite. I am thoroughly enjoying this "Nogiboom" and also looking forward to the next single.

    Inochi @ UTAGE

Yep. Green flash's soundscan number is around 180K. I think it's kinda unfair to compare the soundscan number of Inochi and Green Flash. Green Flash has 8 edition, 4 limited editions and 4 regular editions. Inochi has 3 limited edition and 1 regular edition. Green Flash has type A, S, N, and H which include AKB, SKE, NMB, and HKT's song & PV in its certain type. So it's like comparing the sale of Nogi vs whole 48group. And, seeing the number 150K vs 180K, Nogi did a really great job.

But, if we compare to 48 sister groups' latest soundscan number, Nogi sure ahead of them..
    SKE48 12 gatsu no kangaroo (4 types): 88,370
    NMB48 Rashikunai (3 types) : 75,730
    HKT48 Hikaeme I Love You (3 types): 80,615

No news about Nogi on Music Station???

Congrats for the 500,000 sales for first week!!! Amazing!!! and wow the soundscan numbers are great too!!! o____o

Nogi are doing so well, better than 48 sister groups too, and if they increase their overall sales, they could reach AKB's level soon o____o
The whole AKB vs Nogi rivalry that was planned might happen then XD They're like how AKB used to be, in 2010 or so.
They have many popular top members (like Kami 7). I'm not saying they're exactly alike, but they're getting popular the same way as AKB.
Now I expect a great song for next single, a cheerful/summer song!! After that they can do bigger concerts, then get invited to Kouhaku...

I hope that this year will be their most successful one since debut!! and also that the members can have more individual projects too ^-^

Yesssss that spot should be Misa's by right! She's earned it! And the free senbatsu spot should go to either Saito Yuuri because I'm biased and I love her or more realistically another 2nd gen. Miria is adorable, and it would be perfect to start pushing her now.

Slowly but surely for Ringo. With these numbers, I'm feeling optimistic with her selling out.

Very good news for Ringo indeed, was looking pretty bleak there in the beginning rounds. Mgmt may punish her a while longer but if fan support is still there then we can see her make a grand return.

I like Sayurin a lot, so I hope she can bounce back. For all their zealousness about the no dating rule, most devoted japanese fans tend to forgive their idols if they show remorse and work hard.

With that HS result Misa-senpai should be in fukujin in the next single. My ideal idea : Rena's spot is for MaiMai and Misa moves to 2nd row

Today's Oricon is dominated by Aki-P's daughters
    1. SKE 573.074
    2. NMB 381.650
    3. Nogi : 7226

Wow..Look at SKE's 1st day sales. Nogizaka still way long to go to reach that number especially if Nogi continue to only has 6 HS event.
