I got my copy of 0to1 today! I open the box and who is peeking right back at me is...



I hit the oshi jackpot! I got two pictures of Miichan, two of Kojiharu, and one of Paruru! I'm really happy with my pictures ^^

The packaging is super lovely! Even the interiors of the box itself have a printed design and everything is so classy *A* I wish they had used gold ink or foil on the outside of the package as well, but I can't complain.

 

It's very refreshing to see commentary from unusually chosen girls. I would've expected it to be mostly super popular girls, But I saw a couple names I didn't even recognize.

 

What shipping method did you guys use to receive your album so fast? EMS?

 

EMS is the default in CD Japan which I used, so yes. It's hella expensive, but also really fast and safe *A* If you can spare a little more in EMS, I can't think of something better to do. Really useful with Sousenkyo singles, since you get it a couple of days after it's released depending on your country. Wherever SAL is available, it's a little slower, but it's cheaper and just as safe.

 

Here the problem is more with customs than with the shipping method.

I always use airmail (not EMS) with my orders from CDJapan and I would have had my copy of the Complete Edition on Wednesday if I'd been at home to accept delivery but the postman couldn't leave the package because it was too big for my letterbox. Having said that, I do find delivery times to be rather variable. For example, I'm still waiting for the new CD by the idol group Afilia Saga which was released on the same day as '0 to 1' and which fortunately I ordered separately, but a few weeks ago I received Chay's latest single as a 'flying get' on the day before its release. Normally I'd expect to get CDs in deliveries 2 to 3 days after release date in Japan.

(Edited my post as I originally said SAL in error - and also anything high value I order from Amazon Japan which almost always takes 48 hours to arrive via DHL - if the driver can find my house, if not I have to pick it up from the depot which has happened 3 times now )

I got my complete edition three days after it was released, the shipping method was air mail if I remember correctly. CD Japan always sends preorders few days before actual release and I'm really satisfied with it.
As for the album, it's really beautiful, I love the photoshoot . Got two Yuihans, two Yurias and one Yukirin. All the Y xD.
And thank you for translating the booklet, it's interesting to read.

 

Everyone's celebrating getting their albums and noting how nice they are. Meanwhile I left all mine at my proxy @Sakuraism 's house...

Now I'm just curious, anyone order the 3 set bundle from CDJ? Still raging mad about it not being even "shipped" (still says "credit card approved")... Emailed them two nights ago so hoping for a response this week
