Question: are there any news about the snh 7th, bej and gnz 1st gens???

 

Not yet. But knowing SNH, i won't be surprised if we suddenly see them tomorrow lol

I just went to this forum and saw the groups, I was like "Bruf, Da F*** is this." SNH is REALLY expanding.

 

Is SNH48 that popular or selling that well to warrant such an ambitious expansion?

 

There's a lot of factors in that. China isn't like Japan where CD sales still are dominant so, I wouldn't expect SNH to ever sell millions of copies of CDs. They, however, are selling out even their bigger concerts in less than 30 minutes and they have some very powerful investors who are putting large sums of money into the group.

I don't expect that they will create all the groups on that spreadsheet. Some of that is almost certainly just making sure nobody buys that domain but it could also be a strategy to slow down or discourage copycat theater groups now that SNH is quickly becoming big in China.

 

It's more to make sure they have the domain names and no one else.

when's the 2nd prelims?

 

I don't believe the actual date of the second prelim was actually announced yet (anyone correct me if I am wrong) but it should be soon.

 

I haven't seen it anywhere either, we'll know in due course I'm sure.
