What happened with her nose?

 

People noticed the change in the shape of her nose before her sinus surgery. Besides, sinus surgery would not change the shape of her nose.

 

It took this long for Tension to get played lol. And I'd take teleportation too, I'm too lazy to drive at times.

 

There have several discussions on this thread about Paruru's 'nose job'. @fatrain posted a link to an article from geinou-news.jp from January this year. Personally, I'm not sure if she's had work done or it's just photographic angle, lighting etc.
