Sana was moved to tears by Nonno's effort of making cute expressions for MV since Nonno is not good at it. and Sana also cried of relief when it was her turn to shoot a solo scene for MV, and Nonno came to support her. basically, they both were happy and relieved that their closest friends supported them when they were nervous.
looks like Sana and Nonno are the closest to each other out of all members. they are so close that even dislike working separately.

as for the role of the leader... I am not sure myself, but I guess, leaders (or captains in 46/48 groups) are usually the most respectable, experienced, reliable and disciplined members who support other members and act as example for them. they are mediators who put other members in order. they give advises to other members if they are troubled and teach them if they can't do something right (like Anna and Motomura Aoi with dance). leaders also make speeches and cheering before and after performances, they usually act as spokespersons on TV and radio shows. overall, they are like glue, that keeps members together, and show them the way.
in 46/48 there is also a phenomenon known as ponkotsu captains (like HKT's ex-captain Anai Chihiro or the one in Nogizaka) - members are united and keep their shit together because captains are unreliable ^^;

^ nah, it wasn't a bicycle accident, she just strained a muscle.

as far as I know, there wasn't anything grand like premiere of their 3rd single or anything like that, but they performed all their songs + 4 other 4648g songs (Girls Rule (Nogi), Melon Juice (HKT), Iiwake Maybė and Oogoe Diamond (AKB). there was also a high-five event after concert.

this is such an extreme difference from the past 2 singles, everything is so dark and sad......

so lemme try and summarise a bit of what I understand in this:

the way it ended almost feels like there's more to come?

still can't get over how dark this looked, I almost thought someone was going to get murdered from this.
