yeah, I was surprised with a date too - May seems too far away, March-April was more expected.
at first, I thought it was because Sasshi was busy and she hasn't even started to write it, but she tweeted that it's already finished so there must be other reason why it won't be released sooner. I hope it means that there will be something else interesting in March-April.
another possibility - maybe a new tie-in anime will start in April?
