    Its for her under bite. Basically just corrective jaw surgery so her top and bottom jaw line up properly.

    Yea from what I could make out apparently she was hiding it for awhile in nogi but didnt think it would be a problem until she read all the youtube comments asking about it. It also became a topic associated with her yahoo searches.
