    For sure that didn't help, but Naachan has struggled with mental fatigue before (in 2014?), a part of it must have been the standard she tried to hold herself too as an AKB member a well.

    Now that that weight is lifted she can go on with her life and try to find happiness, meeting up with old friends is a good start.

    She was getting thin even before the scandal but after that, I think she might have lost more.
    I've seen criticism online saying celebrities shouldn't be posting about their weight because of possibly bad influence on younger fans. However, I'm glad she's open to discussing her weight.

    Her video is from a private room at a hospital where she's had surgery, I think she said it was on her sinuses and it was very painful. :(

    EDIT: Confirmation that she had surgery for 'deviated nasal septum', a disease that makes her nose crooked and causes rhinitis:
