It's been really quiet since the senbatsu announcement. I'm getting impatient.
I thought it's kinda rare that they announced the senbatsu so early (2 months before the release date), they should really maximize the time for promoting this single. I hope we hear something by this week.

Most likely they were trying to get ahead of their rivals, Bokuao. But you're right, it is quite a long while before the release -- 2 months! We just learned of Hinatazaka's 10th so give it 2 weeks or closer to the end of the month for something more. Speaking of the sister groups, the bar is raised with both "Start Over" and "Am I Ready?" -- like no pressure to produce a good single... clock is ticking...

Yeah I'm wondering as well. She has the perfect imouto chara, sing and dance well, has stage presence, spoiled by other members. I would expect her to be at least on par with Nao2 and Aruno.

    Aya needs a new tandem
Her tandem with Mikyun aint workin in her favor , Ichinose fans dont want to support Aya

Maybe Miku should tell her fans to support Aya
In the past , Momoko did it and tell her fans to support Renka

I've seen her in a lot of 2shots with Teresa. Feels natural as they are the oldest and the youngest. Any pairing with Teresa is always a win.
Isn't it more of a one way street with Miku? LOL!

Aya has had this pattern of early no sales and then she ends up with some in the end for a couple of singles. I'm not worried about her, still very young. I actually like that she didn't have to be thrown to Senbatsu at a very young age like Renka and Ayame. Imo will be better for her growth.

I'm more curious about why Satsuki has declined a tiny bit each single.

I'm not a fan of Miku - Aya tandem, tbh. It's borderline annoying (mainly Miku's fault).
yes, this is another biggest mystery, considering she was the earliest Nagi's rival.

I think she is just losing her momentum. She needs her own gimmick to attract people to buy her meguri. Things started to get hard for her when girls like Terepan started to gain momentum.

I'm more surprised for Ayame. I thought she was one of 4ki stronger girls but it seems that Saya and Yumiki are getting more attention than her. I think things got harder for her after 5ki joined. She was the imouto of the group, now she isn't.

The next single would probably be the right time to see if she's really on the decline. Satsuki still has her usual numbers but she is lagging behind (just a bit) because a lot of them are now selling faster. As for Aya, let's see how she does in the succeeding rounds. She'll be fine even if takes several rounds as long as she can still sell her slots. Her past results are a lot better than most Under members. Nao and Aruno are next in line but I would bet Aya can make Senbatsu next year. Can't say the same about Iroha (and Hina).

Nice to see Reno sold out some so early, this is probably her best since so long.

I don't really understand in Akimoto Yasushi idea with the title and lyrics, we know he wrote so many lyrics that related to recent topic but now it just end up being so unfitting with the senbatsu lineup. But this single I still like the melody of the song, more upbeat edm Boku Dake no Hikari, nothing too crazy but something you can get used to. As usual looking forward to seeing the performance and mv.
