My opinion and impressions of 18th gen changed so much over time (whereas 17th was an instant click for me), now I like watching all of them except for Arai. Can't wait to be surprised by a new pack. I am seething with anticipation

Welcome to all 19th gen KKS!!! I really didn't expect that this would be such a small generation! I almost thought this is the smallest generation that AKB ever had, but there is 6th gen with 4 members o_o But yes, this gen is small. I always said it but I personally prefer small gens because it's easier for the members to stand out, for people to learn about them and for management to push them well so I'm happy about this and I hope they will do great in AKB! I have to say, I got a very good first impression from this gen. They look really pretty and cute, especially Ito Momoka! but all of them, really. I look forward to see more from them

Apparently, Ito Momoka was previously in another idol group? I'm not sure what's the group name (I see 'Do it Over' in many tweets and then 'Always Thankyou' as well so I'm confused), she used a different name, she was called Kitano Nana (北野夏々). I loved the 19ki reveal! I was surprised they are only five, I was sure we were getting a big gen because of the large number of recent graduations. But I do prefer smaller gens, just like @Mana said. As for the girls, they are all adorable! Their performance was high energy, and they didn't give me the more polished vibe that I thought 18ki had when first revealed, they seemed more so typical cute and high energy idols, which I love I'm excited to see them grow moving forward and see what I think. But their reveal excited me pretty much just as much as the 17ki reveal, which I didn't really feel with 18ki (although I still like them), so I'm happy! Also, based on first impressions, ItoMomo is definitely the one who stands out the most to me, but Kairi too!
