The MaYuki duet name sounds promising. I'm hoping for something super emotional considering Yukirin does really well in that genre and Mayu's voice is really developed now. Or even artistically melancholic emotional would be good. They have Wcentered many cute n happy songs back in team B and we have had waaaaaay too many sweet slow mediocre ballads *couch* SashiYuki duet *cough*

I really like Mayu's Yuugure to Hoshizora no Aida (C/W song in Mayu's 5th single), so I kinda expect something like that + Yukirin's Yowamushi Kemushi

Plus Mogi pretty much put her to popularity.

The Shoot Sign MV looks like they filmed that bit before they had the lyrics... That seems to be happening frequently nowadays...

i know she's 19 but still..

 

I still think Erii is far from ready for this, but Satone's momentum this year and last has been too strong to ignore.

i though this akb only senbatsu only for new generation, 12th gen - the newest gen
for me Kato Rena look veteran with them, also she's already have stable position in AKB senbatsu

 

Erii was added due to Kirarin's graduation.

 

The absence that surprised me the most in the U-19 unit was Ryoka.
She's received a decent push (three a-sides), ranked pretty well last year (32nd!), given the vice-captaincy and... no?

Okada Ayaka could have benefited from this as well. Seeing that many people probably got to know about her with the documentary and all.
No? Not worth it? Fine.

Sometimes management just likes to distract us, I guess.
Remember when Kojimako was airdropped into MaeShika and Green Flash but then was nowhere to be seen in Kuchibiru or Kimi wa Melody?

The MV preview for Shoot Sign made me laugh, especially whatever Kojiharu is doing to Sakura 50 seconds in.

 

Again though, it should have been Nao, as she and the Team B D2s were some of the hardest hit. I don't think Erii was all that close to Kira. Or alternatively...
