    Honestly I don't think wota give a crap about the oricon numbers. It may be that oricon arent being as silly with the numbers now as much as they were the last couple of years.

    It depends though. If you apply for handshakes Round 1 - 8 it's possible to win more than 20 already. I'm not sure if you want to do that for resale rounds. If you do, the count would still stop at 20 because it's only 1 transaction. That would only count as 2 x 20 = 40 when physically you could have more than that.
