Takamina had her fanclub Travel Vol 2 event this weekend. This year's fanclub trip was a school trip to Amanohashidate, Kyoto. It was a 3 day 2 night trip from 06/09 - 06/11.

Takamina is part of the "correction support officers" the Japanese Ministry of Justice formed composed of celebrities to assist in the rehabiltation of prisoner. This is her second time, she was part of the group in 2015.
(Not exactly sure what they do but over the years she's been working with the government trying to help her community so its a positive thing.)

After eating with Yui, Shiichan, and Kitarie Takamina went to buy the CDs. Takamina voted for Miichan, Yui, Shiichan, and Kitarie. She mentioned that it is her first time buying so many of the same CD. It was nice of her to buy so many CDs to vote especially when she didn't even do that for herself when she was running in sousenkyo in the previous years.

It really shows that Takamina has always preferred to help than stand in the spotlight. I remember, at her last SSK speech, it was the first time she thought she'd like to be no.1 (or at least rank really high, I'm not exactly sure anymore on the exact wording) and that she never really aimed for that before. She's so supportive of everyone and the fact that she votes for others now supports the opinion I have of her. She's so selfless and caring, it's very inspiring.

(Unfortunately Takamina had to leave halfway because she had to go to TokyoFM for Korenani because its a live radio program. But it was really nice of the staff to invite Takamina to be a special guest on the show even though she couldn't stay for the whole recording.)

I agree. She's been so busy with work and tons of other things so it would be nice if she gets a nice break. But it doesn't look like she'll be getting one soon. She has so many projects going on and on top of that her tour is starting soon.

(Regarding a few not so positive comments about her in the other threads... I guess everyone has their own opinion/biases. A person can't please everyone. And to be honest Takamina never was a person pleaser. I hope she never changes that side of her.)

Miroku48 on tumblr translated Takamina's comment on it. Her reply to the fan's question was very diplomatic and Takamina like. I think a few people may have misunderstood Takamina's comment or something on this forum because personally I don't see a problem with her comment. But that's just my view.

I don't get it either. I think that like you said it's pretty diplomatic and she even said that she is more concerned with how the management is handling things. Well if your oshi is concerned it is possible to interpret things in a different way and read things between the lines that aren't there (I hope this makes sense XD).

 

Some people are bothered simply by the fact that Yuko & Takamina said anything at all. They're bitter about her leaving the group, so they are passive aggressive towards her for being still involved in this situation. They think "if you leave, leave properly and don't keep meddling in AKB things. You left"
