I don't speak Indonesian so I'm having a hard time understanding what this unit is. Was it a unit just for the anniversary concert? A unit that will sing a future Bside song or an official subunit that will release their own singles?

Well,JKT are making something like that,and 4 Gulali is JKT's sub unit

 

I can't say if you're being sarcastic or asking a legitimate question so I'll answer as if it was the later: of course I know of AKB sub-units, I was around when the first one popped-up and I've been supporting most of them from beginning to end. I am just asking if we know yet if this is gonna be a No3b/Warota kind of unit or a TTMChu/Blueberry Pie kind of unit since we don't seem to have details yet. At least not in english.

At the announcement of forming the unit,Gon said that it's similar to Warouta,so i think it won't be like tentoumu Chu...although,they are singing their song...

@Deyan Currently there's no further info about this unit. But from what I currently understand, this is going to be something like Blueberry Pie kind of unit where they don't have any single release on their own (yet). But then again, I might be utterly wrong in this matter.
