It usually the admins that does that!Sometimes they do that type of change fairly quickly (like after Rina and Rena graduations) but sometimes it takes longer!Maybe they waiting that all team have take effect before doing everyone in one go!

NGT48 became PR ambassadors for “Bakauke”, Bakauke is a Japanese snack food. It is a thin banana-shaped senbei with various flavours added. It is manufactured by Kuriyama Beika of Niigata Prefecture.The word bakauke in the Niigata dialect of Japanese colloquially means “extremely well received”. The characters who appear on the packets are Borin and Barin, who are boyfriend and girlfriend. (source)

The new profile photo is tamed compared to her previous ones to epitomize the famed characteristics of Niigata women.

 

There's not much of a difference. Just her hair and in this picture they slightly white washed her face, at least in the NGT picture they didn't do that
