May i ask what is the story behind #Komibook ?

 

I think the main reason was that Komi wanted a way of keeping in touch with her fans during the closure of the Theater and she chose to make the Komibook. Hopefully she's also dropping a big hint to management that she should have a PB of her own.

Komiharu passed the first round of LARME Audition!! The prize for the first place is one year contract as a regular model in LARME magazine.
The prize for the second and third place is to appear as a model in 『LARME OFFICIAL GIRL』.

She will stream in LINE LIVE from June 15th to June 20th!

I'm honestly surprised that Komi doesn't get modeling jobs. She is definitely beautiful. If this is what she wants to do then why doesn't AKS do anything?

 

Sure, her height can be a problem for runway modeling. But I was talking about print modeling, such as appearing in fashion magazines.

 

If you look at the post that @TiduShoko translated, at the bottom of the first image, it also says "I was told by many of my fan friends that 'Komi-chan is too short to be a model,' and I was also hurt by a lot of of thoughtless words like, 'You can't be a model if you aren't cute.'" Those kind of words took away her confidence to even try out as a model, meaning she didn't audition for anything.

This time around, when she started mentioning about possibly participating in the LARME auditions, her fans encouraged her to give it a try so she overcame her confidence issues and gave it a try. She's also used instagram as a means of pushing herself a bit more as a model.
