I may be bias in sayin this, but Objectively speaking, Kubo-chan has the best model-figure in all of Sakamichi. I mean her proportions are just too beautiful
After rewatching it, I think you are correct. She is at least 161 cm. In indoor photo, her hair also has brown-ish color. Maybe, she highlight her hair with dark brown, so when it got light shine on it, it became light brown, and it turn darker when there is no direct light to her hair. And, as always, @eternalord thanks for the translation. I can't say, she has best proportion among all Sakamichi girls. But, among 3rd gen, I think she has best expression. She can create many different meanings from her expression and convey it to people that see it. In some photoshoot, she can be so adorable, just like lil' sis. On the other photoshoot, she can become one fine and elegant women. And, the other one, she can become so sexy that by just watching her face, it makes your heart skips a beat. I was experienced the same thing and did and thought the same thing like Kubo did. So, I knew how she feel.
This latest blog is my favorite too. She seems to be more positive in this blog post compared to her recent previous ones. It's been a long standing joke by Japanese fans about her menhera attribute (for those who don't know, it's the acronym of 'mental health-er'. This Japanese slang word is used to refer to delicate girls with internal struggle who think negatively. It's not a derogatory term nor an insult by the way, in Kubochan's case, it's just a tease, and sometimes, a bit of compliment), so seeing her taking brighter perspective on things is another breath of fresh air. About the 'idol' thing, while translating it I was thinking about what she actually means. Can't theorize anything, so I simply assume she wants to be an observant idol. She brings her notes everywhere to write down lessons, what she feels at that moment, and even unsent letters to her colleagues (refer to Nogibingo!9 last Nogiroom), so it's in her nature already to have a keen eye for her surroundings. But that's just my personal take, could be there's more than meets the eye.
