I worry for the other 11 members even more. Even if you want to keep supporting the group by buying official releases/merch (and I highly doubt they're going to continue for much longer anyway), they won't be the ones getting the money
Apparently, Block Berry wants Chuu to provide her own evidence of innocence; but there is also rumors that the CEO + COO are suspected of Tax Evasion
They aren’t some random netizen who can just spread lies anonymously and then sink back into society after doing damage. They are a legitimate(barely) company that has resorted to defamation of Chuu’s character as a result of her suing them for her hard earned money. How dare they say that she needs to provide evidence. The one accusing always has to provide evidence, but they have none. They could easily provide CCTV or if they even have written records with testimonials from staff that she abused them. But since they don’t all BBC can do is say Chuu needs to prove her character. Everyone is rallying behind Chuu, fans, staff she has worked with, and even industry professionals. This is going to harm BBC a lot more than it will for her, and sadly the other 11 will be hurt as well. All we can do is try to protect them anyway we can while making sure the BBC ceo never sees another cent and gets locked up for tax evasion/money laundering. Because how have these girls sold out tens of thousands of albums, sold out concerts, sold out merchandise, and multiple brand deals yet they still aren’t being paid? sorry i get really passionate when my idols are being hurt or any sort of injustice is done to them, especially from those in a higher position
9 members of LOONA other than Vivi and Hyunjin apparently filed injunctions to terminate their contracts Vivi and Hyunjin probably have their circumstances (work visa, schedule, etc) but I guess they'll follow soon. Hope they pull a GOT7 or Viviz. No, I get it, they're my favorite k-pop group and you starting this thread was the trigger. I'm more disappointed than angry because I'm not surprised at all as the girls have continuously suffered and we all saw something like this coming. I just don't understand why the company deliberately ruined everything instead of letting this perfect, lovable group grow with their momentum (which would also have benefitted the company more).
Vivi can't because she on work Visa while Hyunjin is MC for the World Cup and she won't be back until (after) Dec. 18th Rumor that Chuu has signed with BY4M Studio.
Despite Chuu's departure, and the 9 of 11 remaining members have filed for injunctions, Block Berry is making the rest of the girls to have a comeback in January, the first promotion teaser has been dropped:

Comeback postponed, 7 members left and 5 are probably preparing to fight even more(apparently the court found their contracts not as unfair as the other 4 since they changed some stuff within a year or two but Haseul has said that she still hasn’t been paid so…). Their rescheduled japanese concert is going to have only Hyunjin and Vivi at this point.

It's been confirmed that BlockBerry decided to submit a petition to stop Chuu, Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry's activities. There is a current, active petition in favor for the girls. Chuu responds. Universal Japan has reportedly filed to obtain exclusive management rights for the girls
