A bunch of my friends do it, it's actually insanely good for the body and strengthens abs, arms, legs etc.
It's also pretty damn fun.

yes it's pole dancing, I just fail at my own language.

I also only just realised that this has a pretty damn long run for an idol musical
They only usually have a few dates so this really shows that they feel the akb name(and the girls in the show) can sell for all the shows.
