Yes this sentence is important and red is the color of love.
but you could choose a color for chorus, another for verses and another for important sentences.
but i say it again : it's just my point of view!

 

you still don't understand that kanji and romoji and english translation is in red... it is because is the line, and easy to understand

 

I think, it's better to color the lyrics based on who sings the line.
Fo example : Takamina : red
Acchan : blue
Erepyon : green
etc

But you should give the explanation below, which color for who, so people will understand.
