If I remember correctly it's meant to be like a behind the scenes and follows the band a bit. The first 3 types [A-C] have a portion of the same concert split up between them. So I guess D would be completely new content? I can't remember where I read the part about it being behind the scenes though.

 

I watched it yesterday. The D version DVD is an hour long video with behind the scenes clips. I believe Mayuko is their manager and she provides commentary over the video. That might be wrong though. At least the who Mayuko is part.

Type-C #9 should be Shitsuren Shitara Kao wo Arae (not Koi). It changes the whole meaning of the song too lol
