Produce 48 episode 2 review (SPOILER ALERT)

Quite surprise with Sakura's result tbh, But it reminds me with Somi's first evaluation. Both of their performance are not as good as other A-ranked girls but their charm outsold the trainees (even Bae Yoonjung lol). Later, she proved that she deserves be in A-ranked class in her re-evaluation video. Next episode there's battle between Sakura and Gaeun -I wonder how it went to.
Speaking about body wave, she should learn from Kim Choyeon

Erii is definitely Kim Sohye 2.0, but watching how struggling F-ranked girls were, made me sad. No wonder three of them decided to drop out
But at least, all of 48G girls got more experience and skill from this training. Also, I love the mutualism symbiotic between Japanese trainees and Korean trainees (and Alex Christine -is she American?).

At least there's some trivia:

• Korean trainees danced Hebirote but I wonder why no 48G went down to the stage?
• Finally NMB's efforts to popularize "W" pose gained the results lol
• Wow @ Jurina supporting Sakura. Wonder which one is "fake" -PD48 or post-SSK?
  
• One of the dormitory rules is "unnecessary skinship is not allowed". Poor Jurina
  
• Hiichan got praised from Bae Yoonjung and Moekyun made Hongki shocked
• Soyou told Miyu to hit the note so Sakura could follow it lol

Can't wait for next episode. Pretty sure Hiichan, Nako, and Ikumin will rank up, but I predict Miru and Sahoo will rank down

to be fair it doesnt really matter what other people's oshis are, that's not really a counterpoint to whether sakura deserved her rank or not. i am in the camp that i dont think her initial audition was an A, but her reevaluation justifies her keeping it, but if she was B is questionable if she would move up to A.

EDIT: @sakurappu should miku be added to that dropped out list, she quit the show due to injury if i remember correctly or keeping her in until that part will air

 

I'm pretty sure she's one of the youngest k-traineers and in the 2nd ep... but her expressions in the 1st ep were too funny (on the I don't give a----- quality ) to let them pass.. hopefully the pic is not too big..

Speaking about 1st evaluation, I actually like JuriMakoTomu unit one (plus Juri danced Red flavor footage lol) more than Sakura's. Didn't know that Juri is an avid Kpop stans... (but sadly she failed to sing IU's song).

I will add Miku in "dropped out" list after episose 3-4 (cover song mission)

 

I'm rooting for Ikumi, show them you can dance sweetie!

Also, it's a bit painful to watch class F dance, but they actually said the girls did better than expected and praise them for their efforts!

 

I'm catching up on comments and seems like the consensus here is that Miyawaki Sakura is the Matsuoka Hana of Produce 48?

lol when i saw the amount of new pages since last night I figured Sakura really must have gotten the A

 

Kpop fans are so salty that sakura got an A, they said it was a mediocre performance

They gave an A to her because bae yoon jung told them to since she said sakura had the "it factor" and she thinks Sakura has potential (which she showed by doing very well on the reevaluation) not because she gave some grammy-award winning performance

 

i think her performance is not really A worthy,but her reevaluation is deserve an A

 

Theyve gave Sakura a B which she will get bumped up to A anyways

 

mediocre is a bit too much ,her performance was not good enough but saying it was mediocre means that she didn't put any effort ,anyways the nmb team did well
