^I knew it was bad but wow. It's depressing and even from a business POV, seems like something she shouldn't be allowed to post by her company/label/whatever. We don't fully realize how scary and ridiculous self-hatred is; she wouldn't normally be this mean to a young child who looked the same way. Ironically, I think she looked much better before and the surgeon did a terrible job but I pray she does not regret what she did because it might be too late.

She also posted an absurd diet plan (ironically, almost all carbs) and fans in the replies are requesting her not to skip breakfast.
