So I've watched it and I was wondering what were the stories behind Jan 13 and Jan 28 because she put both drawings on her Instagram

Jan 13 is: '[Iisa, betsu ni] to omou hi datte aruyo ne' (There are some days when you'd think "Oh well, it's fine.); 1= ii, 3= sa
Basically, it's the start of the year, but by Jan 13, you're already thinking of letting go of yourself for a day or so...

And Jan 28 was weird because she was so sure there was a reason she wrote those words but she can't for the life of her remember why. She wrote these back in August.
Anyways, it says: 'Sukijo de sukiiii~~tte, kokuhaku suruyo. Haha.' (I'm going to confess 'sukiiii~~~' at a ski area. Haha!)
Playing on the words 'sukii' for ski and 'suki' for like.

Also, I don't know if you've noticed the cap, the white one with #LOVE in red embroidery? So, she said they were trying to incorporate three elements in the design, 1) the hash # to indicate the times when SNS is pretty widely used, 2) LOVE to show her appreciation for the fans' love, and 3) she forgot again, but she does remember that there were 3 things the design was supposed to represent.

You got it right, near the end she checked to see how many were watching, it was 180K+ btw, and she was like, 'oh gosh, are you fine watching such a boring broadcast.' around the 48:55~ mark.
I'll see when I have the time and do like some sort of summary of points that may interest. It seems possible since it's mostly her wondering what to do next.

 

Don't show a certain someone on this forum she did that pose or he will come out of the woodwork.

^ Yeah, so the cast of ImaKyo had a sort of end-of-filming party, so of course the names they chose to highlight were those two. I don't know who else was in attendance, but I'm guessing Takei Emi probably wouldn't have gone at this stage of her pregnancy (around 7 months?). That might be reason why there's no mention of her.

"Former AKB 48's Shimazaki Haruka (23) held a daily calendar release commemorative fan event at Shibuya Marui in Tokyo on 24th December. She wore a Santa hat and handed out a signed Christmas card to each fan. After that she had a talk event named "Paruru Christmas party". Appeared waving hands, greeting "Good evening ~ everyone", with applause from 120 fans selected by lottery. "Well, I will go through the script, everyone, good evening, Merry Christmas!" Started at 'my pace' and invited us to laugh. Paruru draws a portrait of a fan on a colored paper on the spot and presented it. There were also gifts and jokes with the fans."

Plot
