Is this the first time 2 of akip's groups have the same release date?

This will be interesting. Mayuyu would be a good comparison to Sasshi in terms of popularity and hardcore wotas. Synchro Tokimeki 1st day was 50k compared to Guruguru Curtain's 84k.

But the Sasshi wotas won't let them pass without a fight

I'll be picking up 7 copies of Sashii's new single, and one copy of Nogizaka46's 2nd single on the release date, As my oshii is sashii, I hope her single beats Nogizaka46's single in the oricon charts

But then again, i'm also quite a fan of Nogizaka46, and they have some pretty hardcore wota's so, this will be interesting.

^ So far, there's nothing on the Oricon site yet. But it's still 50 days ahead, so who knows...

Tomorrow we're having SDN 「Next Encore」 album and KII 「Ramune no Nomikata」 stage album...we also had SDN 「Kudoki nagara Azabu Juuban duet with Mino Monta」 and No3b 「Pedicure Day」 singles on 2011.12.28. I dunno about the old Aki-p idol groups though.


And we all know who wins with all of this, no? (秋豚)

Sorry for asking another question here (maybe it's a time to create a Questions & Answers thread), but how are the senbatsu for Nogizaka46, chosen?

Just saw the 120318 episode for Nogizakatte Doko?, where they were choosing the senbatsu for the 2nd single.

And also the shichifukujin, how are they being chosen? By the top 3 votes?

Maybe I should create a FAQ + Q&A thread or something...for now, I guess you can use the General thread to ask any question you want ^_^

The senbatsu is chosen by the management; they just make the announcement on the show to create more drama.. It seems they take the trainings in consideration, but since we don't have much footage about them, we can't debate too much about that...the concept of the single is also said to be taken in relevance (but in a less important matter imo). The Shichi Fukujin, as well, is chosen by the management, and already changed 2 times for now.
1st one: Shiraishi Mai, Sakurai Reika, Nakada Kana, Ichiki Rena, Ikuta Erika, Takayama Kazumi, Ikoma Rina
2nd one: Shiraishi Mai, Matsumura Sayuri, Hashimoto Nanami, Ikoma Rina, Takayama Kazumi, Ikuta Erika, Hoshino Minami (1st single)
3rd one: Sakurai Reika, Ikoma Rina, Takayama Kazumi, Nakada Kana, Matsumura Sayuri, Hashimoto Nanami, Shiraishi Mai (2nd single)

The first senbatsu announcement was on the 2012.01.08 episode (I'm creating an episode index with links here, but it's still under construction...:mrgreen

And just like in AKB, some choices are questionable...

I actually like (almost) all of them, so it's kinda hard to watch these senbatsu episodes...

Thanks for the reply.

I always thought they had the senbatsu basing upon fans' vote, seems i was wrong.

So, since the senbatsu is chosen by the management, we'll not have visibility on how the process and I do have episodes for nogizakatte doko? as well. Seeing the show prompted me to ask the senbatsu question.
