I think the term "leaked" tends to get over used on this forum, and usually wrongly. Something some fan has whipped up in Photoshop is not a leak

To be fair I'm sure @mysoshipinups meant it as a joke. One would have to be pretty daft to think Mukaida Manatsu could be on a single when she graduated 9 months before the release date.

Also, not everybody goes to wiki48 (NOT Wikipedia) so that's why I add the single sales every week and people do like that I do.

Exactly! Admittedly I never started a discussion or replied about the sales update but I do check it whenever the thread is updated. It really shouldn't bother anyone since one can always choose to ignore.

 

"Not everyone visits the wiki" so? If they're that interested in sales of a single that was released 6 months ago it makes more sense to go to the wiki or have an update in the first post than to clog old threads with 20 double posts in a row. It's as annoying as the daily link to a blog translation in Akicha's thread. I wonder what the mods think about this, if they've even noticed it. @ithebigc

I always check the recent posts page to keep track of new discussions and when I see an old thread revived I immediately think something interesting happened so I click on it. Even though I'm used to looking at the last poster and not clicking on it if I suspect it's another update I don't care about, it's not always guaranteed that that's the case or that I'll remember paying attention to the last poster.

 

Well maybe if people talked more in the thread. it wouldn't be so annoying (Just like the daily link to a blog translation in the Akicha's thread), just saying. Of course nobody is going to talk in here anymore because promotion for this single has long passed.

and it's not hurting anyone. Some people like that I do it (keeping them informed). It's a much faster way then checking wiki48 (giving that I update it when it first comes out) and that comes out like a day or two later.

It's also like I'm not spamming at all. It's just a once a week though, What is so bad about that? The AKB48 on TV thread has the same thing and I do that everyday. I just don't see what I'm doing wrong here? I thought keep people informed on this site was a good thing to do?
