With the level of promotion that dwarfed CL and KinAi combined where Yunana heavily involved there, pretty sure they won't leave the precious kid behind. Not even 3rd row.

Wait, maybe it could if her sales went skyfall. Definitely not now.

I agree with you fully, but truth be told, I would consider it nice if the song was Nao farting in the microphone for 3 minutes.

Sorry I'm just a bit confused about the sale system can someone explain the new updates, the rules just change so often?
Is soundscan billboard or nielsen ratings? because I thought nielsen jpn ended or was dissolved (I know that used to be the most accurate)? I'm just wondering because I know nowadays its hard to figure out the closest figure of sales (especially with 48 groups) with Oricon's new rules, RIAJ just being shipments, and Billboard.

Also if these r the sales for Mango I think they are great! Maybe its with SKE brining in the a lot of new members BUT in my opinion with a new solo centre and a busy season for new releases (even 48 competing against each other and 46). Its a lot of risk for them to change the centres, I remember with Kangaroo, it was a total shock Wmatsui was kicked to the rear but it brought in so much attention.

Like everyone's comments above I think Mango was much more popular to Kin Ai and Chicken LINE. Its funny to think its only been 3 singles since Rena's grad. I guess with so many sister groups its hard for SKE to do release new singles as much, it seems all sister groups are rotating to the two singles a year release style like HKT.

We'll have to see if SKE do release another single, they did release an album just 5 months before Mango.

@jnam12 I think Nielsen wasn't dissolved but they simply stopped giving out the sales or something.
Until Billboard picked it up and used them anyway.

Back in the day Nielsen only counted non-theatre edition sales, but with Billboard they just count everything.

Oricon counts every purchase over 20 copies as 20.
That means, a fan can buy 21 copies and they'll be counted as 20.
Another fan can buy 200 copies and they'll be counted as 20.

The difference between Billboard and Oricon (100k in this case) tells us, imo, that while some fans might have jumped the ship, others have taken up their spots and applied to more HS (and won them), hence why the sales aren't so down as Oricon make them look.

Ok, so a better first week than the last two singles (257K - 251K) for sure we're gonna break 300k. I'm happy for them, and at this point we can see them get bigger since we have 5 girls in akb senbatsu two of them new to top16 and and the other three often in ssk senbatsu.

Well, if you think about it, Churi's only been in one other SSK senbatsu. But yeah, it's big exposure for Team KII with 3 of their members in senbatsu this year, so I'm really happy for them. Especially when KII were usually the team with the least members in SKE's senbatsu, it's kinda making me happy that management are changing, i guess.
