The MV for the B-side 'Junjougawa' has just dropped (Amichan center):

That's a really strong starting point for mimifeuille! Great song!

Also, Kokuhaku Shinpakusuu MV just surpassed 1 million views. Congrats SKE!

I am still very surprised Hara Yune is dropped out of the senbatsu, especially when some people here even predicted her as a center. It seems to me that the thing that was mentioned about her dancing skills is not the only reason. That would mean she was the worst dancer from all the girls in the last senbatsu.

Yune is one of my favorite members in SKE but I'll say it honestly; she is indeed the worst dancer among the senbatsu girls of the previous single. This is not very surprising because SKE has always been a group that has good dancers. Yune has been weak at dancing since debut, and she's also the most "new gen" in senbatsu along with Anzu. So yes she's the weakest in dancing. But you might be right that it's not the only reason... it seems like she mentioned during Showroom that management told her that her sales slowed down, something like this... and that this is why they dropped her. I personally think this is ridiculous and unfair that they tell her this. when she joined, she directly became one of the best seller in HS but of course some of it was curiosity from fans, and of course her sales were slowing down after, same for the attention around her. But I also think part of this is management's fault for not doing the necessary. They waited 2 years to give social media accounts to 11th gen. if they gave it to them fast (like how most 48 groups do nowadays), I'm sure Yune could have done better, and make use of her initial popularity to grow a bigger fanbase. Despite her sales slowing down and less people talking about her, she is still one of the most successful new gens so yes I still think she has her place in senbatsu... and of course she's working hard to improve on her skills.

Something that surprises me though, now that I think about it, when I saw the line-up of the new subunit mimifeuille, and how it has all of the 11th gens except Yune, I thought that it's probably because she's in senbatsu or because she might center the single. But now that we know that she's not even in senbatsu, I wonder why she was left out of mimifeuille, while all others from her generation are in it (and I'm happy for them!). it's a bit sad for her. She's really getting nothing in this single ._.

Because it was marketed as a “teens unit” and she’s not a teen

I had no idea, now it makes total sense

This made me go check the ages of the other 11th gens because I actually thought some of them were in their 20s now... and I see that indeed, at least one of them is in her 20s now, Kyoka turned 20 years old back in June. I'm not sure when this unit was created? But anyway she was still a teen not long ago, but technically it's now not completely a teens unit

Team S song, Miyomaru center, Ienakute Tacos:

Team KII song, Yuki center, Koi no Tetsugakusha:

Team E song, Kahorin center, Kishibe no Dareka:

I can't say which one is my favorite, S song is more energetic and idolish, KII song is definitely interesting (actually I personally think this sonority fits KII way more than the extremely girly cute-ish songs that they were given recently), E song is more serious. I really like when team songs differ considerably from each other.

Maybe this is kinda unpopular for what I've seen among other SKE fans, but overall I think this single songs are better than Ai no Hologram songs. Even though I think the latter's songs are pleasant generally, the only songs I really like are Kishibe no Shoujo yo (which I personally find a masterpiece, specially for its chorus and bridge) and Beautiful.

Really unfortunate that for this single the only c/w to have a MV is Junjougawa. This is the first SKE single since more than a decade ago to not feature MVs for team songs, and first SKE single since 2010 to only feature 2 MVs. This is odd if we consider that Ai no Hologram sales were splendid, surpassing 600k copies sold. I don't know if any member have said something about this matter. I like to think that they are already saving some money for new stages in the next year hehe.

I love Kuma, so I'm happy for her. The song is ok. The mv doesn't look expensive but i like it anyway, and the members look great.

I am super annoyed about there being no mvs for the coupling songs, i don't even want to listen to them.
Zest likes to boast about their profits, launched two more paid apps just recently , but they are stingy with the single? F that!

Dropping Yune is an odd choice. The official reason is that she didn't sell enough:

At least some fan crumbles for us. I am glad they show some "try", but I think everyone agree: not enough.
Give them some TV appearances, streams, Tiktok? etc.
Bigger concept venues? Maybe? I don't know how much SKE can fill these days? Budokan possible?
    At least the single is

Lately AKB can't sold out Budokan, so Idk if SKE can or not? Their lastest single sales less than AKB (198,723 vs 264,959) with more active members.
But I do agree they need to payola for the girl appearing on TV more.

Akb48.fandom.com listed the wrong members to participate in the B-side. They listed Aoki Shiori, who didn't participate and didn't list Suzuki Ena.
Yamamura Sakura doesn't appear on the dance MV.

Could someone, who wasn't banned by them, edit it there?

Looks like Kokuhaku Shinpakusuu reached #1 in Oricon this week with ~7k units (total: 278k units). Nice to see that the #1 streak gets repaired in a way.
