I'm not realy sure, but here name should be Tekaki Satomi ( 手垣 里美)
And don't let it your oshimen know...and mine

 

I search that name on google and found nothing..

 

All right just to get this conversation of an announcer to stop @luccivalez, @Zwetschge i did my own research the announcers name is Misato Ugaki, the kanji is 宇垣美里.

Alright i just saw the latest episode of Zero position and poor Narumi, she really didn't want to end up getting that title and poor Rara with the english it certainly would leave a blow to the ego.

 

^ Well, she basically just missed one letter though (ever should've been never)

Also, is it just me or doesn't that announcer look like she could be Miyamae Ami's older sister.
