[Subtitles] Kanki's AKB48 Subs Thread

I was probably going to do some from the generic batches that H!O/AikyiTaizne post, but if people have requests feel free to post or PM me and I'll get to them when I can ^^ I don't mind branching off into SKE, but I honestly don't know much about them and am still trying to ground myself a bit with AKB XDDD

sry for an off-topic question but do/did you sub vids for ssf?

 

[sweat] [sweat] I downloaded both the video and the subs...but why wont it extract on my computer?! ???? someone helppppppppppppp

 

extract?, there is nothing to extract.

Just put both files in the same directory/folder and play the video.

(Make sure they have the same NAME (obviously, except the extension).

If you still have problems, post a screenshot so we can know *what* is happening. =)

Okay,here's my problem !!!!!!

The problem is that the file is not a rar, it's a file cut by jsplit.

If you look at the page where you downloaded the RAW video, it says:

I did join the videos,yes it worked...I did put both files (subs and video) in the same folder,but when I click on the video,no subs show up!! They have the same name,I did check out WMP's options regarding captions/subs...

note that "blabla_blabla" is different to "blabla blabla"

If still doesn't work... again, screenshot. ^^

 

You're using WMP? I'm not totally sure, but I don't think WMP can read the subtitles without downloading and installing DirectVobSub.
If that's too much of a hassle I recommend downloading VLC Player or KMPlayer as the subtitles are enabled by default.

hoho thanks for the sub...is a long time since I find anyone else subbing in english (though I occasionally do a bit of subbing here and there).
