This girl is very unique. When left by her own, she will be quite and stoic, almost like a loner. During variety shows, she will be shy, awkward but serious at some time. When the needs call for it, she will be all this fluffy cute girl (like that gif above, or when she centered Natsu no Free & Easy). Well exactly the kind of girl that fits Nogizaka image. Her time to be in senbatsu will come soon I believe
